Carol to Care 2014

Trek for Teens members and volunteers gathered at Yonge-Dundas Square on Saturday, December 13th for caroling, warm beverages, and Christmas cheer - it was the annual Carol to Care event! Holding songbooks and signs, participants attracted attention from passerby on the street with their Santa Claus hats, reindeer antlers, and voices. Thanks to the enthusiasm of everyone present, Trek for Teens collected over $200 through donations. The singers also showed off some new looks by wearing their Trek for Teens toques - 9 were sold during the day and others were purchased before the date. The hats were sponsored by Entripy Custom Clothing - you can find the company on their website or by going to their Facebook page. Starbucks, as another sponsor, provided hot chocolate and coffee for the participants. Trek for Teens would like to thank both companies for their generosity and support.
