WHAT IS IT?
Trek for Teens is helping Youth Without Shelter with their Tokens4Change event! The day is an annual fundraiser, requiring students and volunteers from across Toronto to employ their artistic sides. Help Youth Without Shelter by creatively canvassing in TTC Subway stations, PATH, and office locations for the day and raise funds for Youth Without Shelter essential programs.
WHAT DO I DO?
To participate in Tokens4Change, collect TTC fare and change to help homeless youth living at Youth Without Shelter access transportation to school, doctor's appointments, job interviews, and other essential travels.
WHEN IS IT?
This year's Tokens4Change event is happening on Friday, February 6th.
Shifts are from:
7 AM - 11 AM;
11 AM - 3 PM
3 PM - 7 PM
You decide what works best for you! Get a group of friends together and see how creative you can get. Take some pictures or videos and send them to Trek for Teens' Director of Media & Advertising, Alex Wichert, at outreach@trekforteens.com. You'll be featured on our website and social media platforms!
You can also use this event to form an entry for our Social Media Challenge 2015.
